Bound in green sheep, strongly grained, the boards with triple gilt fillets and a decorative gilt border of roses, thistles, shamrocks, and harps, within which a blank panel is defined by triple blind fillets with corner fleurons. Compartmented back with five shallow bands, gilt double fillets and dotted lines, each compartment bearing a gilt floral ornament framed by floral and linear decorations, and gilt titles: DUPPA'S / BOTANY. Gilt decorations on board edges and turn-ins; gilded edges.
Leaf T1 (pp. 197-198 of vol. II) is missing.
